North Western drive was built in 1958 and had some recent updates done to the property. Projects completed included removal of multiple decks and the original concrete patio underneath replaced with a new concrete patio and covered deck with firewood and outdoor storage. The removal of the weed infected yard with all new top soil and sod. The expansion and renovation of the back yard shed. Cleaning up overgrown landscaping and new exterior paint on the house completed outside projects. Inside the faded white and green enamel cast iron tub was replaced with a walk in shower. New drywall, lighting and medicine cabinet were added to the bathroom along with a reclaimed wood feature wall. The original kitchen cabinets were upgraded with a new textured face, a few coats of paint and new hardware. Updated paint found throughout the house and modern reclaimed wood trim in the one of the bedrooms. New lighting and electrical outlets help modernize an older home. The garage was rewired with all new insulation, drywall, heater and a full firebreak with house was added. Under the house included a new water softener, removal of old units and unused water lines, a whole house humidifier and the replacement of smaller diameter copper piping with new pvc pipes.
